DMTS-L is a compact 3D touch-trigger tool setter with hard-wired signal transmission used for broken tool detection and rapid measurement of tool length and diameter on a wide range of tools.

DMTS-L is designed to operate within the machining environment, so it is resistant to swarf or coolant ingress and prevents false triggers due to shocks or vibration.

DMTS-L is compatible with all sizes of vertical and horizontal machining centers and all gantry machining centers.

Compared with wireless probe, cable tool setter has higher cost performance. On the premise that the operation of the machine tool is not affected by the cable, DMTS-L is preferred for on-line measurement.
