Exchange Program Policy

A refurbished and fully operational exchange motor is sent to the customer. The customer MUST return the defective unit within 14 days. If not returned, Heidenhain will invoice the customer the full amount of a new unit. We need these units back at HEIDENHAIN to refurbish, in order to keep this program running.
